Finding the Lafayette Office

My Lafayette office is located inside the Creekside Offices building at:

150 Old Laramie Trail E, Suite 210
Lafayette, CO 80026

Parking is available directly in front of the building. Enter through the main doors and go to the second floor. Follow the signs to Suite 210.

Important Office INformation

Our Lafayette consultation suite is an intimate, quiet space. We are located inside a shared wellness building with other providers, so maintaining a peaceful atmosphere is important.

To support this calm environment, we ask families to keep voices low in shared areas.

Due to the size of the room, toddlers and older siblings are best cared for at home when possible.

If you need a sibling-friendly setting, in-home visits are available.

My Boulder office is located inside Fig Tree Pediatrics at:

Free parking is available. Enter through the main entrance of Fig Tree Pediatrics and have a seat in the waiting area. I’ll come out to meet you at your appointment time.
